    Main reasons for the decisions

    The decision made on 15 March 2018 to revoke and re-impose Condition 1 was to allow the Technical and Further Education Commission more time to meet the requirements of the condition, due to the particular circumstances of the case.

    The decision made on 25 June 2018 to vary Condition 1, imposed on 15 March 2018, by extending the due date from 31 July 2018 to 1 September 2018, was necessary in light of changing international standards for curricula in this discipline.
