The provider portal will be closed for urgent maintenance on Friday 22 August 2025 from 5:00 to 10:30pm (AEST).

Please wait until after the maintenance period has ended before attempting to use the portal.

If the outage is likely to impact your ability to meet a deadline, please contact the Enquiries Management team at providerenquiries@teqsa.gov.au as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
