On 27 June 2018 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 and Condition 3 imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by Wentworth Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd (refer public report of 7 October 2014):

• Graduate Diploma in Business

Report on revocation of conditions imposed on registration of Ozford Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd

On 26 June 2018 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 1, 2 and 3 imposed on the registration of Ozford Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd (refer public reports of 6 may 2015 and 11 May 2016).

On 05 February 2018 a delegate of TEQSA rejected, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the application by Technical and Further Education Commission for accreditation of the following course of study:

On 29 January 2018, a delegate of TEQSA rejected, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the application by the Australian College of Natural Medicine (ACNM) for accreditation of the following course:

• Graduate Certificate in Wellness

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was not satisfied that the course submitted by ACNM complies with the following provisions of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015:

1. Course design in particular failure to address learning outcomes in a comprehensive and coherent manner, insufficient details regarding course mapping insufficient details regards to formative and summative assessment. (1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.4.3, and 1.4.4).
2. Lack of benchmarking with comparable courses. (3.1.2)
3. Consideration of the face to face versus online course delivery is limited. (3.1.1)
4. Course co-ordination role is limited due to lack of skills and academic experience, including demonstration of active scholarship at post graduate level. (3.2.3)
5. Information regarding professional registration with the National Wellness Institute may be misconstrued as an industry relevant body. (3.1.5)

On 27 June 2018, a delegate of TEQSA accredited, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the following course offered by Australian College of Nursing Ltd, for a period of seven years until 27 June 2025:

• Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Bridging and Re-entry)

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the course submitted by Australian College of Nursing Pty Ltd for accreditation meet the Provider Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.
