      3. ISN communicates and consults across its institution to raise awareness of the risks,
      4. ISN periodically reviews its risk management processes, to improve its risk management practices, and
      5. ISN continues to monitor and evaluate risks and treatments and reports to the Governing Bodies on their progress and efficacy.
    2. On 30 October 2026, or a later date approved by TEQSA's Director of Re-Registration, ISN must provide evidence that it is implementing an appropriate self-review system and protocol to assess the effectiveness of its governance operations, including but not limited to, whether a course of study is informed by regular interim monitoring, and student feedback is used to mitigate future risks to the quality of education provided and to guide and evaluate improvements.

    Condition 2: Policy Development and Management

    1. On 30 October 2026 or a later date approved by TEQSA's Director of Re-Registration, ISN must provide evidence of ongoing and regular engagement between its Board of Directors, College Council and Academic Board on the development and management of its policies across its higher education operations, including, but not limited to evidence that the Board of Directors have assured themselves that:
      1. ISN has appropriate systems in place to undertake a scheduled review of its policies to identify any deficiencies and areas for improvement, and where they are identified, takes action to undertake a timely process to revise its policies including obtaining and considering feedback and input from stakeholders,
      2. ISN's policies sufficiently address both institutional and sector risks to its higher education operations and ensures its policies address and respond to these risks, and
      3. ISN continues to monitor and evaluate its policies and takes action to ensure policies remain effective in managing risks to its higher education operations.
    2. On 30 October 2026, or a later date approved by TEQSA's Director of Re-registration, ISN must provide evidence that it has revised its policies to address the requirements of standards 2.2 and 2.3 of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

    Main reasons for the decision

    TEQSA made these decisions in light of risks that ISN Psychology Pty Ltd (ISN) may not meet, or continue to meet, the following provisions of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021:
