    Provider: Nan Tien Institute Limited

Course: Graduate Certificate of Business Analysis

    Revocation of accreditation conditions

Report on revocation of conditions imposed on the accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by Nan Tien Institute Ltd

On 17 December 2019 a delegate of TEQSA has revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 2, 3, and 4 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by Nan Tien Institute Ltd (refer public report of 25 June 2015 with a variation to Conditions 3 and 4 per Public Report 16 February 2016):

    • Diploma of Business

The response to this condition should also indicate F/T and P/T status and location of each staff member.

    Condition 3 (as varied)

At least three months prior to the commencement of delivery of the Graduate Certificate of Business Analysis, provide to TEQSA evidence that NTI has developed assessment rubrics and assessment criteria for each subject, both core and elective.

    Condition 4 (as varied)

At least three months prior to the commencement of delivery of the course, provide to TEQSA information to demonstrate:

    1. adequacy of resources and library access
    2. the purchase and accessibility of appropriate on-line business data bases required for work in the discipline at the post-graduate level.
