On 1 September 2025, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses in teach-out offered by Melbourne Polytechnic, until 23 December 2027:

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the course submitted by Performing Arts Education Pty Ltd for accreditation meets the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Revocation of registration condition

Report on the revocation of condition imposed on registration of Think: Colleges Pty Ltd

On 3 September 2025 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the registration of Think: Colleges Pty Ltd (refer public report of 25 October 2023).

Renewal of ESOS registration

Report on renewal of ESOS registration of University of Wollongong

On 9 September 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the ESOS registration of University of Wollongong (UOW) for a period of 7 years until 8 September 2032.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that UOW complies and will comply with the requirements of the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code).

Renewal of ESOS registration

Report on renewal of ESOS registration of University of Canberra

On 9 September 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the ESOS registration of University of Canberra (UC) for a period of 7 years until 8 September 2032.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that UC complies and will comply with the requirements of the ESOS Act, National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code), ELICOS Standards 2018, and the Education Services for Overseas Students (Foundation Program Standards) Instrument 2021.
