TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Australian College of the Arts Pty Ltd (Collarts) continues to meet the Provider Registration and Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

Collarts has demonstrated:

• a capacity to engage in strategic planning to more effectively determine and monitor future performance targets
• a strengthening of its governance structure and processes through the alignment of its Governance Charter with the Threshold Standards, and
• effective oversight and monitoring of its financial operations.
