On 26 March 2025, a delegate of TEQSA accredited, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the following courses offered by Australian Institute of Business Intelligence Pty Ltd, for a period of seven years until 26 March 2032:

• Master of Business Administration (Digital Transformation)
• Graduate Diploma of Business Administration
• Graduate Certificate of Business Administration

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Australian Institute of Business Intelligence Pty Ltd for accreditation meets the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Australian Institute of Business Intelligence Pty Ltd for accreditation meets the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Initial CRICOS registration

Report on initial CRICOS registration of BBS Higher Education Pty Ltd

On 20 March 2025, TEQSA:

• Approved, under section 10 of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the registration of BBS Higher Education Pty Ltd trading as Barton Business School (BBS) on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) for a period of 4 years until 11 September 2029 to align with its TEQSA registration.
• Imposed, under section 10B of the ESOS Act, one condition on the CRICOS registration of BBS Higher Education Pty Ltd.

Condition 1:

1. By 31 January 2027, BBS must engage a suitably qualified independent expert to undertake a review of BBS's first year of delivery to overseas students. The expert and terms of reference for this review must be approved by TEQSA. The review should assess the effectiveness of the implementation of BBS's policies and procedures in ensuring:
   
   1. responsible recruitment of overseas students
   2. its education agents act ethically, honestly and in the best interests of overseas students
   3. adequate monitoring and support of overseas students.
2. By 30 April 2027, BBS must provide TEQSA evidence of consideration of the review report, and any actions in response to the report, by its relevant governing bodies.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision in light of the risk that BBS may not comply, or continue to comply with, the following objectives of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018:

• recruit responsibly by ensuring students are appropriately qualified and sufficiently informed for their chosen course (Standard 2)
• ensure that its education agents act ethically, honestly and in the best interests of overseas students (Standard 4)
• assist overseas students adjust to study and life in Australia (Standard 6)
• safeguard the integrity of Australia's migration laws (Standard 8)
• appropriately manage overseas student enrolment, monitoring and reporting (Standard 9)

Application to withdraw decision

In accordance with section 10B(1)(b) of the ESOS Act, TEQSA may vary or remove a condition imposed on the registration of a registered provider at any time. TEQSA will consider any application by a provider for variation or revocation of a condition.

Renewal of CRICOS registration

Report on renewal of CRICOS registration of Edith Cowan College Pty Ltd

On 3 April 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the CRICOS registration of Edith Cowan College (ECC) for a period of 7 years until 3 April 2032 to deliver courses at the following approved delivery locations.

• Edith Cowan College Mount Lawley Campus WA
• Edith Cowan College, 10 Injune Way, Joondalup Campus WA.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that ECC complies and will comply with the requirements of the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code).

Renewal of CRICOS registration

Report on renewal of CRICOS registration of Australian Institute of Management Education and Training Pty Limited

On 3 April 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the CRICOS registration of Australian Institute of Management Education and Training Pty Limited, trading as AIM Business School (AIM) for a period of 7 years until 3 April 2032 to deliver courses to overseas students at the following locations:

• Ground Floor and Level 1, 7 Macquarie Place, Sydney NSW 2000
• Level 15, 120 Spencer Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that AIM complies and will comply with the requirements of the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code).

Renewal of CRICOS registration

Report on renewal of CRICOS registration of Western Sydney University International College Pty Ltd

On 4 April 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the CRICOS registration of Western Sydney University International College Pty Ltd (WSUIC) for a period of 7 years until 4 April 2032 to deliver courses to overseas students at 2b - 6 Hassal Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that WSUIC complies and will comply with the requirements of the ESOS Act, the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code) and the Education Services for Overseas Students (Foundation Program Standards) Instrument 2021 (Foundation Program Standards).

Renewal of registration

Report on renewal of registration of The University of Notre Dame Australia

On 2 April 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of The University of Notre Dame Australia as an Australian University, for a period of 7 years until 2 April 2032.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that The University of Notre Dame Australia continues to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Extension of accreditation period

Report on extension of accreditation of 5 higher education courses of study offered by International College of Management, Sydney Pty. Limited

On 8 April 2025, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following 5 courses offered by International College of Management, Sydney Pty. Limited from 30 June 2025 to 29 August 2026:
