Report on the revocation of condition imposed on the accreditation of four higher education courses of study offered by Australian College of Christian Studies Ltd (ACCS) (formerly Tabor College (NSW) Ltd)

On 9 January 2025 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by ACCS [refer to public reports of 9 December 2022 and 23 December 2024]:

• Graduate Diploma of Education
• Graduate Certificate of Education
• Master of Teaching
• Bachelor of Education

• Graduate Diploma in Education ((Early Childhood) (Birth to 5 years old))

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the course submitted by Crown Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd for accreditation meets the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Report on extension of accreditation of one higher education course of study offered by Educational Enterprises Australia

On 17 December 2024, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following course offered by Australian College of Nursing Ltd:

• Diploma of Business Studies, Diploma of Computing and Information Technology Studies and Diploma of Engineering from 10 July 2025 to 10 January 2027.

• Diploma of Business Studies, Diploma of Computing and Information Technology Studies and Diploma of Engineering from 10 July 2025 to 10 January 2027.

Report on renewal of CRICOS registration of Navitas English Services Pty Limited

On 17 January 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the CRICOS registration of Navitas English Services Pty Limited (Navitas English) for a period of 7 years until 17 January 2032.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Navitas English complies and will comply with the requirements of the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code).

Report on accreditation of three higher education courses of study by Australian School of Accounting Pty Ltd

On 22 January 2025, a delegate of TEQSA rejected, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the applications by Australian School of Accounting Pty Ltd for accreditation of the following courses:

• Master of Information Technology (Business Analytics)
• Graduate Diploma of Information Technology (Business Analytics)
• Graduate Certificate of Information Technology (Business Analytics)

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was not satisfied that the courses submitted by Australian School of Accounting Pty Ltd comply with the following provisions of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021:

5. Standards 5.1.2 and 5.1.3 in relation to course approval and accreditation.
6. Standards 3.1.1 in relation to course design.
