On 10 December 2024 TEQSA varied, under section 10B of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), Condition 1 imposed on the CRICOS registration of Imperial Engr Pty Ltd (refer public report of 12 April 2024):

• By 31 December 2025, IEE must engage a suitably qualified independent expert to undertake a review of IEE's first year of delivery to overseas students. The expert and terms of reference for this review must be approved by TEQSA. The review should assess the effectiveness of the implementation of IEE's policies and procedures in ensuring:
  
  1. responsible recruitment of overseas students
  2. its education agents act ethically, honestly and in the best interests of overseas students
  3. adequate monitoring and support of overseas students
• By 30 March 2026, IEE must provide TEQSA evidence of consideration of the review report, and any actions in response to the report, by its relevant governing bodies
