On 26 March 2024, TEQSA renewed, under section 10E of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), the CRICOS registration of Chisholm Institute (Chisholm) for a period of seven years until 26 March 2031.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that of Chisholm Institute continues to meet the requirements of the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training 2018 (National Code).

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Charles Sturt University continues to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

TEQSA found that Charles Sturt University has demonstrated:
