On 24 May 2023 TEQSA extended under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act) the period of registration of Adelaide Central School of Art to 25 August 2028.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that its concerns that gave rise to the decision to impose conditions and a shortened registration period (refer public report of 21 August 2021) have now been alleviated. Adelaide Central School of Art is registered in the Category of Institute of Higher Education until the 25 August 2028.
