Report on application to cancel CRICOS registration by Australian College of Nursing College Ltd (03761A)

TEQSA has determined, under section 83(3)(c) of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), to approve the application from Australian College of Nursing Ltd to cancel its CRICOS registration, with effect from 25 March 2026.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied the Australian College of Nursing Ltd demonstrated compliance with sections 46D and 46F of the ESOS Act.

No adverse inference will be drawn on the basis of this decision.
