On 8 December 2022, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Academy of Information Technology Pty Ltd:

Renewal of course accreditation in teach out mode

Report on renewal of accreditation of the Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) higher education course of study offered by Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd

On 14 February 2022, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 55 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) course offered by the Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd, for a period of three years until 1 May 2025.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it considers it appropriate to permit the Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd to teach out the above course over a period of three years.

Revocation of registration condition

Report on the revocation of a condition imposed on registration of Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd

On 16 February 2022 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the registration of Acknowledge Education (refer public report of 30 April 2020).

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the condition is no longer necessary.

Course accreditation

Report on accreditation of three higher education courses of study offered by William Angliss Institute of TAFE

On 21 February 2022, a delegate of TEQSA accredited, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the following courses offered by William Angliss Institute of TAFE, for a period of seven years until 21 February 2029:

• Master of International Hotel Leadership
• Graduate Diploma of International Hotel Leadership
• Graduate Certificate of International Hotel Leadership.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by William Angliss Institute of TAFE for accreditation meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
