Report on the revocation of condition imposed on the accreditation of four higher education courses of study offered by Australian College of Christian Studies Ltd (ACCS) (formerly Tabor College (NSW) Ltd)

On 9 January 2025 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by ACCS [refer to public reports of 9 December 2022 and 23 December 2024]:

• Graduate Diploma of Education
• Graduate Certificate of Education
• Master of Teaching
• Bachelor of Education

On 13 January 2025, a delegate of TEQSA accredited, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the following course offered by Crown Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd, for a period of seven years until 13 January 2032:

Extension of accreditation period

Report on extension of accreditation of one higher education course of study offered by Educational Enterprises Australia

On 17 December 2024, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following course offered by Australian College of Nursing Ltd:

• Diploma of Business Studies, Diploma of Computing and Information Technology Studies and Diploma of Engineering from 10 July 2025 to 10 January 2027.

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.

Renewal of registration and Self-accrediting authority

Report on renewal of registration and authority to self-accredit nominated courses of study of Photography Holdings Pty Ltd

On 22 October 2024, TEQSA renewed, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of Photography Holdings Pty Ltd as an Institute of Higher Education, for a period of 7 years until 22 October 2031.

On 22 October 2024, TEQSA approved, under section 41 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Photography Holdings Pty Ltd to self-accredit its courses of study in scope of SAA applied for up to AQF Level 9 excluding Masters by Research courses in the Broad Field of Education 10 Creative Arts.
