• revoke, under section 32 of the TEQSA Act, the following condition imposed on the registration of Divinity on the basis that it is no longer necessary.

Condition 1

The University of Divinity may only self-accredit courses in the following broad field of education: 09 Society and Culture.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that University of Divinity continues to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
