Report on extension of accreditation of one higher education course of study offered by Chisholm Institute (formerly Chisholm Institute of Technical and Further Education)

On 20 January 2022 a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following course offered by Chisholm Institute (formerly Chisholm Institute of Technical and Further Education):

• Undergraduate Certificate in Community Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs from 25 November 2022 to 29 October 2024.

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.

On 7 February 2022, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses in teach out mode offered by Box Hill Institute, for a period of three years until 31 December 2024:

• Bachelor of Computer Systems [formerly Bachelor of Computer Systems (Networking)]
• Associate Degree in Computer Systems [formerly Associate Degree in Computer Systems (Networking)
• Diploma of Computer Systems.

No new enrolments are permitted in the above courses.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it considers it appropriate to permit Box Hill Institute to teach out the above courses over a period of three (3) years.
