    Main reasons for the decision

    TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Le Cordon Bleu Pty Ltd for renewal of accreditation continue to meet the Provider Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

    TEQSA identified a risk that Le Cordon Bleu Pty Ltd may not meet, or continue to meet, Standard 5.3.4 of Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015 in relation to external referencing. TEQSA was satisfied that the current conditions imposed on the registration of Le Cordon Bleu Pty Ltd adequately mitigates the identified risk.

    TEQSA's assessment considered Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd's arrangements for delivery at all Australian sites.
