Report on the revocation of conditions imposed on the accreditation of three higher education courses of study offered by the Australian College of the Arts Pty Ltd

On 25 July a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by the Australian College of the Arts Pty Ltd (refer public report of 25 October 2017):

• Bachelor of Applied Business (Fashion Marketing)

On 25 July a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 1 and 2 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by the Australian College of the Arts Pty Ltd (refer public report of 4 May 2018):

• Diploma of Arts (Interior Design)
• Bachelor of Arts (Interior Design)

Renewal of course accreditation

Report on renewal of accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd

On 15 May 2019, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Ttertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd, for a period of four years until 15 May 2023:

• Bachelor of Business (Tourism Management)
• Bachelor of Business (Convention and Event Management).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Le Cordon Bleu Pty Ltd for renewal of accreditation continue to meet the Provider Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

TEQSA identified a risk that Le Cordon Bleu Pty Ltd may not meet, or continue to meet, Standard 5.3.4 of Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015 in relation to external referencing. TEQSA was satisfied that the current conditions imposed on the registration of Le Cordon Bleu Pty Ltd adequately mitigates the identified risk.

TEQSA's assessment considered Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd's arrangements for delivery at all Australian sites.

Renewal of course accreditation

Report on renewal of accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd

On 15 May 2019, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd, for a period of four years until 15 May 2023:

• Bachelor of Business (Tourism Management)
• Bachelor of Business (Convention and Event Management).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Le Cordon Bleu Pty Ltd for renewal of accreditation continue to meet the Provider Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

• Bachelor of Financial Planning
