TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Educational Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd for accreditation meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Report on the variation of condition imposed on the registration of Marasi Education Pty Ltd

On 30 July 2025, TEQSA varied, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the registration of Marasi Education Pty Ltd (refer public report of 11 May 2022):

For the first 4 years after commencing the delivery of accredited course(s), within 30 days of 30 June and 31 December, Marasi Education Pty Ltd must provide TEQSA with the following board approved information:

1. The number of commencing and continuing students for the 6-month period (domestic and international), and
2. The equivalent full time student load (EFTSL, domestic and international).

For both the number of students enrolled and the EFTSL, Marasi Education Pty Ltd must provide the actual figures for the 6-month period compared to those projected in the sensitised forecast, as well as the budget for the 6-month period.

For 2025 only, rather than providing the above information for this condition within 30 days of 30 June, Marasi Education Pty Ltd must provide the information by 1 September 2025.

Withdrawal of registration

Report on application to withdraw registration by BBI The Australian Institute of Theological Education

TEQSA has determined, under section 43 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), to grant the application from BBI The Australian Institute of Theological Education to withdraw its registration as an Institute of Higher Education, with effect from 1 September 2025.

Under 51(2)(a) of the TEQSA Act, the accreditation of all higher education courses delivered by BBI The Australian Institute of Theological Education ends on the withdrawal effective date listed above.
