The maximum number of students that Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd may provide a course to at 225 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 may not exceed the following limits:

2. 1050 overseas students in total.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision to allow Acknowledge to reallocate 250 higher education overseas students from its Brisbane Campus, 225 St Pauls Tce, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 to its new delivery sites at 131-139 Currie St, Adelaide SA 5000 and Level 1, 121 Scarborough St, Southport QLD 4215 without requesting for additional capacity.
