TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by ICHM Pty Ltd for accreditation meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

On 25 August 2021 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 4 and 6 imposed on the registration of Polytechnic Institute Australia Pty Ltd (refer public report of 26 February 2019).

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that Condition 4 has been met and Condition 6 is no longer needed.
