On 21 May 2019 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 3 imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by Excelsia College (refer public report of 20 July 2016 (varied on 27 March 2017):

• Master of Business Administration
• Graduate Diploma of Business Administration
• Graduate Certificate in Business Administration

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the condition has been met.

Report on extension of registration of the University of Divinity

On 6 June 2019, TEQSA extended, under section 37A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of the University of Divinity for a period of three years until 15 August 2023.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that the University of Divinity has an established track-record that indicates that it continues to meet the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

Extension of registration

Report on extension of registration of Monash College Pty Ltd

On 6 June 2019, TEQSA extended, under section 37A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011, the registration of Monash College Pty Ltd for a period of two years until 30 May 2022.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that Monash College Pty Ltd has robust arrangements in place to ensure that it continues to meet the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015. Monash College Pty Ltd has demonstrated an established track record of high quality delivery of higher education.
