On 15 September 2026 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the accreditation of the following course offered by Australian Early Education Institute Pty Ltd (refer public report of29 April 2020):

• Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood

Withdrawal of registration

Report on application to withdraw registration by Canberra Institute of Technology

TEQSA has determined, under section 43 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), to grant the application from Canberra Institute of Technology to withdraw its registration as an Institute of Higher Education, with effect from 27 February 2026.

Under 51(2)(a) of the TEQSA Act, the accreditation of all higher education courses delivered by Canberra Institute of Technology end on the withdrawal effective date listed above.
