TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied The University of Sydney, trading as Centre for English Teaching (01019C) demonstrated compliance with sections 46D and 46F of the ESOS Act.

Cancellation of CRICOS registration

Report on application to cancel CRICOS registration by Morling College Ltd (03265F)

TEQSA has determined, under section 83(3)(c) of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), to approve the application from Morling College Ltd to cancel its CRICOS registration, with effect from 20 May 2025.
