Report on renewal of accreditation of nine higher education courses of study offered by the Engineering Institute of Technology Pty Ltd
On 23 January 2023, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by the Engineering Institute of Technology Pty Ltd, for a period of seven years until 23 January 2030:
- Bachelor of Science (Civil and Structural Engineering)
- Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering)
- Bachelor of Science (Industrial Automation Engineering)
- Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering).
On 23 January 2023, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the TEQSA Act, the accreditation of the following courses offered by the Engineering Institute of Technology Pty Ltd, until 30 June 2025:
- Undergraduate Certificate in Civil Engineering
- Undergraduate Certificate in Electrical Engineering
- Undergraduate Certificate in Engineering Foundations
- Undergraduate Certificate in Industrial Automation Engineering
- Undergraduate Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
Main reasons for the decision
TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by the Engineering Institute of Technology Pty Ltd for renewal of accreditation continue to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
