The decisions were made on the basis that TEQSA was not satisfied that OneGlobe Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd meets the following provisions of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021: 

1. Corporate Governance and Accountability (Standards 6.1.1, 6.1.3, 6.1.3(b), 6.1.3(a), 6.1.3(e), 6.2.1(b), 6.2.1(i))
2. Oversight of Risk Management (Standards 6.2.1(e), 2.2.1, 2.3.3, and 2.3.4)
3. Financial viability and Sustainability (Standards 6.2.1(b) and 6.2.1(d))
4. Academic Governance (Standards 6.2.1(f), 6.3.2(c), 5.1.2, 5.1.3(c), 2.1.1, 3.1.1(b), 3.3.3, 6.1.3(a), 6.3.2(a), 1.1.3, 1.1.2(a-b), 1.2.1, 1.3.1, 1.3.2(b), 1.5.1, 1.5.5(c), 1.5.10, 6.3.1(b), 1.4.1, 1.4.3, 6.3.1(c), 3.2.1, 3.2.3(a-b) and 3.2.4).
