Report on revocation of conditions on accreditation of 12 higher education courses of study offered by the International College of Management Sydney Pty Ltd
On 29 October 2015 TEQSA made a decision, under Section 53(2) of the TEQSA Act, to revoke the conditions imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by International College of Management Sydney Pty Ltd (refer public report of 4 September 2014):
- Bachelor of Business Management
- Bachelor of Events Management
- Bachelor of Hospitality Management
- Bachelor of International Tourism
- Bachelor of Sports Management
- Bachelor of Property Services Management
- Diploma of Business Management
- Diploma of Events Management
- Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Diploma of International Tourism
- Diploma of Property Management
- Diploma of Sports Management
Main reasons for decision
TEQSA found that the basis of the conditions related to institutional-level matters and considers it appropriate to impose conditions on the registration rather than multiple courses to reduce the regulatory burden. Accordingly, the conditions on the courses were revoked and a new condition imposed on the registration.
