Master of Dermatology: Extension of Accreditation 16 December 2021
Extension of accreditation period
Report on extension of accreditation of one higher education course of study offered by The Australasian College of Dermatologists
On 16 December 2021, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following course offered by The Australasian College of Dermatologists from 28 April 2023 to 28 April 2025:
- Master of Dermatology.
Main reason for the decision
TEQSA made this decision in order to reduce the administrative burden of regulation for the provider in response to COVID-19 and its impact on the higher education sector. This decision is consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.
