Report on authorisation for providing courses offshore of the Lincoln Institute of Higher Education Ltd

Under item 71 of Schedule 1 to the Education Legislation Amendment (Integrity and Other Measures) Act 2025, the Lincoln Institute of Higher Education Ltd is taken to be an authorised offshore provider for the purposes of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011.
