TEQSA’s Guidance note: Corporate Governance has been discontinued. TEQSA is working to develop new guidance to reflect amendments to the Threshold Standards introduced in July 2026. 
 

Providers should assure themselves that they are compliant with the recently amended Threshold Standards. Providers should also consider the applicability of the Expert Council on University Governance final report.
