On 7 December 2021 a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by The Australian Institute of Music Limited:

• Undergraduate Certificate in Music and Arts Management from 31 December 2021 to 8 June 2024
• Undergraduate Certificate in Music Performance from 31 December 2021 to 8 June 2024
• Undergraduate Certificate in Music Production from 31 December 2021 to 8 June 2024
• Undergraduate Certificate in Music Theory and Practice from 31 December 2021 to 8 June 2024.

On 26 July 2022, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses in teach out mode offered by ACPE Limited, until 1 October 2024:

• Diploma of Applied Fitness
• Associate Degree of Applied Fitness
• Bachelor of Applied Fitness.

No new enrolments are permitted in the above courses.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it considers it appropriate to permit ACPE Limited to teach out the above courses over the specified period.

Renewal of course accreditation in teach out mode

Report on renewal of accreditation of three higher education courses of study in teach out mode offered by ACPE Limited.

On 26 July 2022, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses in teach out mode offered by ACPE Limited, until 1 October 2024:

• Diploma of Applied Fitness
• Associate Degree of Applied Fitness
• Bachelor of Applied Fitness.

No new enrolments are permitted in the above courses.
