Report on extension of accreditation of six higher education courses of study offered by Australian Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd

On 7 December 2021 a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Australian Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd:

• Undergraduate Certificate in Accounting from 31 December 2021 to 20 December 2022.
• Undergraduate Certificate in Business from 31 December 2021 to 20 December 2022.
• Undergraduate Certificate in Business (Entrepreneurship) from 31 December 2021 to 20 December 2022.
• Undergraduate Certificate in Business (Hospitality and Tourism) from 31 December 2021 to 20 December 2022.
• Undergraduate Certificate in Business (Marketing) from 31 December 2021 to 20 December 2022.
• Undergraduate Certificate in Business Information Systems from 31 December 2021 to 20 December 2022.

On 8 September 2021, a delegate of TEQSA accredited, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the following courses offered by Alphacrucis College Limited, for a period of 7 years until 8 September 2028:

• Diploma of Music
• Diploma of Music (Korean).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by Alphacrucis College Limited for accreditation meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.

Revocation of registration condition

On 25 August 2021, TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the registration of UOWC Ltd (refer public report of 7 July 2016).
