On 7 December 2021 a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by International College of Management, Sydney Pty. Limited:

• Undergraduate Certificate of Business from 31 December 2021 to 30 June 2025
• Undergraduate Certificate of Business (Sports Management) from 31 December 2021 to 30 June 2025
• Undergraduate Certificate of Business (Entrepreneurship) from 31 December 2021 to 30 June 2025
• Undergraduate Certificate of Business (Fashion and Global Brand Management) from 31 December 2021 to 30 June 2025
• Undergraduate Certificate of Sports Management (High Performance) from 31 December 2021 to 30 January 2025
• Graduate Certificate of Business (Media and Marketing) from 29 July 2023 to 30 January 2025
• Graduate Certificate of Business (Tourism and Hospitality Marketing) from 29 July 2023 to 30 January 2025.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.

Course accreditation condition

Report on imposition of condition of two higher education courses of study offered by ISN Psychology Pty Ltd

On 27 July 2021 a delegate of TEQSA imposed, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 1 imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by by ISN Psychology Pty Ltd:

• Bachelor of Psychological Science
• Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)

Condition 1: ISN Psychology Pty Ltd must not offer or enrol students in the Bachelor of Psychological Science or Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) until ISN Psychology Pty Ltd has provided TEQSA with evidence that the courses are accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that the courses no longer meet the requirements of Standard 3.1.5 of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021 which requires: "Where professional accreditation of a course of study is required for graduates to be eligible to practise, the course of study is accredited and continues to be accredited by the relevant professional body".

TEQSA acknowledges that ISN made a decision to discontinue the above mentioned courses and advised the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) of its decision. Consequentially APAC withdrew the professional accreditation of these courses.

• Bachelor of Information Technology.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied the Sicop Education and Technology Pty Ltd meets the Provider Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015.

On 30 July 2021, a delegate of TEQSA accredited, under section 49 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the following courses offered by INSEARCH Limited, until 31 December 2021:

• Undergraduate Certificate in Business Essentials
• Undergraduate Certificate in Design Practice
• Undergraduate Certificate in Digital Literacy
• Undergraduate Certificate in Information Technology.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the courses submitted by INSEARCH Limited for accreditation meet the Provider Course Accreditation Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
