On 27 March 2017, a delegate of TEQSA varied, under section 53(2) of the TEQSA Act, Condition 3 imposed on the accreditation on 20 July 2016 of the three courses as follows:

• Master of Business Administration
• Graduate Diploma of Business Administration
• Graduate Certificate in Business Administration

Condition 3 (varied):

Excelsia College must provide the following evidence to TEQSA by 31 December 2017 and each year thereafter:

• that its academic staff are active in scholarship that informs their teaching and that the Program Director demonstrates 'strong personal scholarship and research' as specified in the position description.
