TEQSA has determined, under section 83(3)(c) of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), to approve the application from Morling College Ltd to cancel its CRICOS registration, with effect from 20 May 2025.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied Morling College demonstrated compliance with sections 46D and 46F of the ESOS Act.
