Report on extension of accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by Think: Colleges Pty Ltd

On 30 November 2023, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Think: Colleges Pty Ltd

• Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling)
• Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Community Service)

from 17 April 2023 until 31 December 2023.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis of protecting student interests. The delegate is satisfied that no enrolments have been accepted since the original teach out expiry date and that there will be no students remaining in the course by the extended expiry date.

Report on renewal of registration and authority to self-accredit nominated courses of study of Morling College Ltd

On 31 July 2024, TEQSA renewed, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of Morling College Ltd as an Institute of Higher Education, for a period of 7 years until 31 July 2031.

On 31 July 2024, TEQSA approved, under section 41 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Morling College Ltd to self-accredit its courses of study in the scope of SAA applied for at AQF levels 8 and 9, in the broad fields of education 07 Education and 09 Society and Culture.
