Report on removal of condition imposed on the CRICOS registration of Performing Arts Education Pty Ltd

On 4 July 2023, TEQSA removed, under section 10B of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), a Condition imposed on the CRICOS registration of Performing Arts Education Pty Ltd.

Main reasons for the decision

On 19 February 2021, TEQSA imposed, under section 10B, a condition to limit the maximum number of overseas higher education students at the registered location for Performing Arts Education Pty Ltd. TEQSA has made the decision to remove this condition on the basis that it is satisfied that the condition has been met and is no longer necessary.
