On 14 December 2022 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 1 and 2 imposed on the registration of University of Tasmania (refer public report of 25 September 2019).

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the application for unlimited self-accrediting authority submitted by Alphacrucis University College Ltd meets the Criteria for Seeking Self-Accrediting Authority for all courses of study, of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
