Report on extension of accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by UOWC Ltd

On 8 December 2022, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by UOWC Ltd:

• Undergraduate Certificate in Business from 17 March 2025 to 30 June 2025
• Undergraduate Certificate in Information Technology from 17 March 2025 to 30 June 2025.

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.

On 21 December 2022 TEQSA revoked, under section 32 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Condition 2 imposed on the registration of Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd (refer public reports of 30 April 2020 and as varied on 25 August 2021).
