Report on extension of accreditation of two higher education courses of study offered by Educational Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd

On 7 December 2021, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Educational Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd:

• Undergraduate Certificate of Business from 31 December 2021 to 30 June 2025.
• Undergraduate Certificate of Information Technology from 31 December 2021 to 30 June 2025.

On 5 August 2022, a delegate of TEQSA renewed, under section 56 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses in teach out mode offered by Box Hill Institute, for a period of one year until 28 December 2023:

• Bachelor of Fashion
• Bachelor of Fashion Merchandising
• Associate Degree in Fashion
• Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising.

No new enrolments are permitted in the above courses.

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it considers it appropriate to permit Box Hill Institute to teach out the above courses over a period of one year.
