On 20 May 2020 a delegate of TEQSA revoked, under section 53 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 imposed on the accreditation of the following courses offered by Holmes Institute Pty Ltd (refer public report of 21 May 2019):

• Graduate Certificate in Information Systems

• Graduate Diploma of Information Systems

• Master of Information Systems
