Save the date for the TEQSA 2026 Conference

TEQSA is excited to announce the TEQSA 2026 Conference will be held on 17-18 November, as a fully virtual event. The annual TEQSA Conference is a must-attend for the higher education calendar.

Date: Tuesday 17 November and Wednesday 18 November
Time: 10:00am to 3:30pm (AEDT)
Format: Online

As in previous years, the conference will bring together higher education leaders, practitioners and sector stakeholders to explore emerging issues, regulatory developments and sector priorities shaping the higher education environment.

The decision to deliver the conference virtually was made at a time of uncertainty regarding global fuel security and geopolitical tension. In making this decision, various factors were considered, including operational and financial risk, accessibility and cost of travel and accommodation for participants.

While some stakeholders may prefer a face-to-face event, the conference’s interactive program will include live discussion, sector engagement opportunities and workshop sessions. TEQSA’s focus is on delivering a high-quality, interactive conference that is accessible and flexible for participants across Australia, while demonstrating responsible stewardship of public resources.

We invite providers, academics and students to save the date. More information, including the conference theme, program and registration details, will be shared in due course.
