Reminder to keep contact details up to date

Providers are reminded of the importance of maintaining up-to-date primary contact details with TEQSA.

All providers should regularly review their contact details to ensure the information is current.

Where a change requires an update to the National Register, you must contact us. This includes notifying TEQSA for any change to the:

  • principal contact officer of the provider
  • details of the provider’s head office and/or website address
  • chief executive officer of the provider, or equivalent

Keeping primary contact details up to date supports a direct and efficient channel between TEQSA and individual providers.
