Consultation opens on draft Statement of Regulatory Expectations

TEQSA is seeking feedback on the draft Statement of Regulatory Expectations (SRE): Adopting a definition of antisemitism.

TEQSA has developed a set of consultation questions to support focused feedback on the draft SRE. Respondents may choose to comment on any of the questions that are relevant to them and are also welcome to provide additional feedback.

The consultation closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 17 September 2026.

Submissions can be made to consultation@teqsa.gov.au.

TEQSA will consider all feedback and will aim to publish the final SRE in October 2026.
