Extension of accreditation period

Report on extension of accreditation of higher education courses of study offered by Christian Heritage College

On 26 May 2025, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Christian Heritage College:

• Undergraduate Certificate in Biblical Studies from 30 June 2025 to 01 July 2026
• Undergraduate Certificate in Business Studies from 30 June 2025 to 31 August 2027
• Undergraduate Certificate in Counselling Studies from 30 June 2025 to 31 December 2026
• Undergraduate Certificate in Educational Studies from 30 June 2025 to 31 August 2027
• Undergraduate Certificate of Human Services from 30 June 2025 to 31 December 2026
• Undergraduate Certificate in Ministry Leadership from 30 June 2025 to 31 December 2026
• Undergraduate Certificate in Ministry Practice from 30 June 2025 to 01 July 2026

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.
