Report on one condition imposed on the initial CRICOS Registration of Southern Academy of Higher Education Pty Ltd

On 23 May 2025, a delegate of TEQSA removed, under section 10B of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) one condition imposed on the initial CRICOS registration of Southern Academy of Higher Education Pty Ltd (refer to Public Report of 30 October 2023).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the condition has been met.
