Report on one condition imposed on the initial CRICOS Registration of Skyline Higher Education Australia Pty Ltd

On 2 July 2025, a delegate of TEQSA removed, under section 10B of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) one condition imposed on the initial CRICOS registration of Skyline Higher Education Australia Pty Ltd (refer to Public Report of 13 February 2024).

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the condition has been met.
