Report on renewal of registration of UTS College Ltd

On 10 April 2025, TEQSA renewed, under section 36 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the registration of UTS College Ltd as an Institute of Higher Education, for a period of 7 years until 9 April 2032.

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that UTS College Ltd continues to meet the applicable Standards of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
