Extension of accreditation period

Report on extension of accreditation of higher education courses of study offered by Australasian College of Health and Wellness Pty Ltd (formerly MHM Higher Education Pty Ltd)

On 26 May 2025, a delegate of TEQSA extended, under section 57A of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act), the accreditation of the following courses offered by Australasian College of Health and Wellness Pty Ltd (formerly MHM Higher Education Pty Ltd):

• Undergraduate Certificate for Cosmetic Advisors from 30 June 2025 to 04 March 2029
• Undergraduate Certificate in Dermal Interventions from 30 June 2025 to 04 March 2029
• Undergraduate Certificate in Dermal Science and Nutrition from 30 June 2025 to 04 March 2029
• Undergraduate Certificate in Facial Care Fundamentals from 30 June 2025 to 04 March 2029
• Undergraduate Certificate in Health Care Communications from 30 June 2025 to 04 March 2029
• Undergraduate Certificate in Laser and Dermal Therapy Essentials from 30 June 2025 to 04 March 2029

Main reasons for the decision

TEQSA made this decision consistent with the principles set out in TEQSA's policy on extensions to the period of provider registration or course accreditation, including an assessment of risks associated with the extension.
