We've given the TEQSA website its first major update since 2017.
These changes are based on feedback from website users and are designed to make it easier for you to find the information you’re looking for.
Our new website is also designed to be more accessible while reflecting contemporary website design practices.
The biggest change, other than updating the colours, is to our top navigation:
- The former Providers section has been split into Provider registration, Course accreditation and CRICOS and ELICOS in response to user feedback.
- We've created a new Guides and Resources section, which will bring together Guidance Notes, Sector Updates and Alerts, toolkits and other resources for providers into the one central location.
- The Acts and Standards have moved to the new How we regulate section, which details TEQSA's approach and brings together policies and other supporting frameworks.
- The Complaints section can now be accessed above the search bar on every page.
We've also updated our menu structure to make it easier for users to find what they are looking for. You will also notice updated page designs and an improved site search function.

We will continue to optimise and update our content for the new website over the coming weeks.
This includes further refining the National Register so it displays just like it did on our former site. For now, some sorting and search results are showing differently and we are working to resolve this.
In the meantime, if you find a broken link or can't find the resource or page you were looking for, please let us know by reporting a technical issue via this form.
